Bruce Willis

Bruce Willis, actor and musician, is well-known for his witty and sharp-edged characters in action films. Together, they've been featured in films that grossed over $2.5 billion dollars. Walter Bruce Willis, a West German-born actor, was born in Idar–Obersteinin West Germany on March 19 1955, to Marlene Kassel (from Carneys Point), and David Andrew Willis (from New Jersey) who resided on a military base in the United States. The family relocated to the U.S. shortly after he was born, and he was raised in Penns Grove, New Jersey in which his mother worked at a bank and his father was a welding as well as a factory worker. Willis started to take an interest in the drama arts at high school. He was "discovered" while working in the cafe in a New York City cafe. Later, he appeared on numerous off-Broadway productions. One evening, Willis was serving drinks and was noticed by a casting agent who liked his personality. He was in need of a bartender to play one small part in a movie. Willis tried out for a variety of roles in movies, however, he wasn't given credit. He eventually got the role as David Addison, a private eye, along with Cybill Shepherd in the romantic comedy show Moonlighting (1985). His humorous and wisecracking P.I. is a highlight of his professional career. His hilarious and wisecracking P.I. is frequently viewed as a test run for his role as John McClane, the hardboiled NYC detective in Die Hard (1988), in which Willis combat a gang of brutal international thieves at a Los Angeles skyscraper. In Die Hard 2 (1990) He reprised the character. A group of rebellious Special Forces soldiers is trying to return a corrupt South American general. They are set in Washington's Dulles International Airport. The film's stellar box office results prompted a sequel to Die Hard with avengeance (1995). This time Samuel L. Jackson starred as a cynical Harlem shopowner, who was not aware of the fact that he was required to help McClane during a terrorist attack on a scorching New York City day.
