Aisha Jamila is an American actress who is best recognized for her appearances in TV series The Shield and True Blood. Since her debut in 2003 she has demonstrated her versatility in acting by giving outstanding performances in television series such as 9-1-1 Detroit 1--8-7 and Under the Dome. Anna's performance as a character in Assault on Precinct 13 was her first major break. She was first recognized for her role in the biographical film All the Way. Hind's portrayal as Harriet Tubman on WGN America's historical drama Underground was also highly praised. She currently stars on the procedural drama series 9-1-1 in the leading role of firefighter/paramedic Henrietta Hen Wilson. 20th Century Fox Television renewed 9-1-1 for a brand new season. Hind has recently finished filming for the Hollywood film Godzilla: King of the Monsters. The movie is set to be released around the middle of 2019. She was awarded lucrative contracts in the form of Vogue magazine and PepsiCo Inc. as well as a L'Oreal Paris spokesperson contract in 2003. The two first films of her professional career included Aur Pyaar ho Gaya and Iruvar. Bachchan gained prominence during the New Bollywood because both films transformed the Bollywood film structure on its head. This musical and ballet adaptation of Jane Austen's Pride and Prejudice is directed by Gurinder. This was the moment that Bachchan brought her star power and beauty to her debut major English-language film. In 2006, she came back to Bollywood by starring in the hit movie Dhoom: 2 before releasing Provoked: The True Story (2006). Abhishek Bachchan was a regular actor and father of Bollywood famous Amitabh Bachchan. In April 2007 she got married to the actor. The marriage united two powerful Indian personalities.
